1. はじめに
WanWanWalk（以下「本アプリ」）は、ユーザーのプライバシーを最優先に設計されています。本ポリシーでは、本アプリが収集・使用・保護する情報について説明します。
2. 収集する情報
個人を特定可能なGPS座標を第三者と共有することはありません。散歩データ、写真、ワンちゃんプロフィールは、お使いのデバイスおよびご自身の世帯（ハウスホールド）に紐づく非公開のクラウド領域に保存されます。
- 位置情報: 散歩中のルート記録と肉球安全アラートに使用します。生の位置情報はデバイス内に保存され、世帯共有時のみ、世帯メンバーへ暗号化通信で送信されます。一般公開されることはありません。
- カメラ・写真ライブラリ: 散歩中に出会ったワンちゃんの写真撮影、およびワンちゃんカード共有に使用します。写真はデバイスおよびFirebase Storage（世帯範囲のみアクセス可）に保存されます。
- ヘルスケアデータ: 歩行ワークアウト記録の読み書きに使用します。iOSではApple Health（HealthKit）、AndroidではHealth Connectとの連携です。データはそれぞれのフレームワーク内でのみ処理されます。
- Firebase認証: サインイン時にFirebase Authentication UIDを生成します。このUIDは世帯共有機能とワンちゃんカード交換機能にのみ使用されます。
- Firestore: 世帯メンバーシップ情報、散歩記録（集計値）、ワンちゃんプロフィール、チャレンジ統計、ワンちゃんカード交換トークンの保存に使用します。データは世帯メンバーのみがアクセスできるルールで保護されています。
3. データの共有
本アプリは個人データを第三者に販売・レンタル・共有しません。世帯共有機能を有効にした場合、世帯メンバー間でのみ犬のプロフィールと散歩データが共有されます。
4. データの保存
ユーザーデータはお使いのデバイス（iOSはCore Data、AndroidはRoom）と、ご自身の世帯に紐づく非公開のFirestoreおよびFirebase Storage領域に保存されます。Firestoreセキュリティルールにより、世帯メンバー以外（当社を含む）はアクセスできません。アカウントとすべてのデータの削除は、下記「5. アカウントとデータの削除」の手順でいつでも依頼できます。
5. アカウントとデータの削除
WanWanWalkのアカウントおよび関連するすべてのデータの削除は、いつでも依頼できます。
- ご登録のメールアドレスから support@wanwanwalk.app へ、アカウント削除をご希望の旨をご連絡ください。
ご依頼に基づき、ワンちゃんプロフィール、散歩履歴、写真、世帯メンバーシップ、チャレンジ統計、サインインアカウントを、当社サーバー（Firebase Authentication・Firestore・Firebase Storage）から完全に削除します。削除後に個人データが保持されることはなく、この操作は取り消せません。
iOS版では、アプリ内の設定にある全データを削除から、デバイス内に保存された散歩記録、パスポートカード、ワンちゃんプロフィールをいつでも削除できます（サーバー上のアカウントとデータの削除は、上記のメールでのご依頼が必要です）。
6. お子様のプライバシー
本アプリは13歳未満のお子様を対象としていません。13歳未満のお子様から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。
7. 週間まとめメール
ご希望のユーザーには、毎週日曜日の夕方に、その週のアプリ利用状況を振り返る「週間まとめメール」をお送りします。
- 送信される情報: メールの作成のためにサーバーへ送信されるのは、メールアドレス、その週の集計値（散歩回数・合計距離・出会った頭数などの数値）、およびご自身のワンちゃんの名前のみです。GPS座標・散歩ルート・写真・他の方のワンちゃんの名前がサーバーへ送信されることはありません（これらはすべてデバイス内に保存されます）。出会ったワンちゃんは犬種のみで表現されます。
- 同意（オプトイン）: 配信はオンボーディング時に明示的にご案内し、初期設定で有効になっています。アプリの設定からいつでもオン・オフを切り替えられます。
- 配信停止: すべてのメールにワンタップで配信を停止できるリンクを記載しています（ログイン不要）。設定の「週間まとめメール」トグルからも停止できます。
- 送信者の明示: 特定電子メールの送信の適正化等に関する法律（特定電子メール法）に基づき、すべてのメールに送信者情報を明記しています。

1. Introduction
WanWanWalk ("the App") is designed with user privacy as the top priority. This policy describes what information the App collects, how it is used, and how it is protected.
2. Information We Collect
We do not share identifiable GPS coordinates with third parties. Walk data, photos, and dog profiles live on your device and in a private cloud namespace scoped to your household.
- Location: Used for walk route tracking and paw-safety alerts. Raw GPS stays on your device; household-sharing transmits walk data over encrypted transit to your household members only — never made public.
- Camera & Photo Library: Used to photograph dogs you meet on walks and exchange Dog Cards. Photos are stored on your device and in Firebase Storage scoped to your household.
- Health Data: Used to read and write walking workouts. On iOS we integrate with Apple Health (HealthKit); on Android we integrate with Health Connect. Data is processed only within those respective frameworks.
- Firebase Authentication: A Firebase Auth UID is generated when you sign in. This UID is used only for household sharing and dog card exchange features.
- Firestore: Stores household membership, walk summaries, dog profiles, challenge statistics, and dog card exchange tokens. Security rules restrict access to household members; we do not access your data.
3. Data Sharing
The App does not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties. When household sharing is enabled, dog profiles and walk data are shared only between household members.
4. Data Storage
User data is stored on your device (Core Data on iOS, Room on Android) and in private Firestore and Firebase Storage namespaces scoped to your household. Firestore security rules restrict access to household members — we have no access. You can request deletion of your account and all data at any time — see "Account & Data Deletion" below.
5. Account & Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your WanWanWalk account and all associated data at any time:
- Email support@wanwanwalk.app from your account's email address and request account deletion.
We will permanently delete your dog profiles, walk history, photos, household membership, challenge statistics, and your sign-in account from our servers (Firebase Authentication, Firestore, and Firebase Storage). No personal data is retained after deletion, and the action cannot be undone.
On iOS, you can also delete the walk history, passport cards, and dog profiles stored on your device at any time via Delete all data in the app's settings (deleting your account and server-side data requires the email request above).
6. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
7. Weekly Recap Emails
If you opt in, we send a weekly "recap" email on Sunday evening summarizing how you used the app that week.
- What is sent to the server: Only your email address, that week's aggregate counts (e.g. number of walks, total distance, dogs met), and your own dog's name are uploaded to build the email. No GPS coordinates, walk routes, photos, or other people's dog names are ever sent to the server — those stay on your device. Dogs you met are represented by breed only.
- Consent (opt-in): Recap emails are disclosed at onboarding and on by default. You can turn them on or off at any time in the app's Settings.
- Unsubscribe: Every email includes a one-tap unsubscribe link that works without signing in. You can also turn the "Weekly recap email" toggle off in Settings.
- Sender identification: In line with Japan's Act on Regulation of Transmission of Specified Electronic Mail (特定電子メール法) and CAN-SPAM-style norms, every email identifies the sender.
