1. サービスの概要

WanWanWalk（以下「本アプリ」）は、犬の飼い主向けの散歩計画・記録アプリです。本アプリの利用をもって、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

2. アカウント

本アプリではApple IDまたはGoogleアカウントによるサインインが可能です。アカウントの安全性の確保はご自身の責任となります。

3. サブスクリプションと購入

WanWanWalk Plusはオプションのサブスクリプションサービスです。料金はお使いのApple IDに請求されます。サブスクリプションは現在の期間終了の24時間前までにキャンセルしない限り自動更新されます。購入はAppleのApp Store利用規約に準拠します。

4. ユーザーコンテンツ

本アプリ内で作成される写真、犬のプロフィール、散歩データはすべてお客様に帰属します。世帯共有機能を使用する場合、ご自身のコンテンツを世帯メンバーと共有することに同意するものとします。

本規約は予告なく変更される場合があります。変更後も本アプリの利用を継続した場合、変更に同意したものとみなします。

1. About the Service

WanWanWalk ("the App") is a walk-planning and recording app for dog owners. By using the App you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

The App supports Sign in with Apple and Google sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your account secure.

3. Subscriptions and Purchases

WanWanWalk Plus is an optional subscription. Charges are billed to your Apple ID. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Purchases are subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

4. User Content

Photos, dog profiles, and walk data created within the App belong to you. By using household sharing, you agree to share your content with household members.

The App provides weather information and paw-safety alerts but is not a substitute for veterinary advice. The safety of your dog during walks is entirely your responsibility. Route suggestions are for reference only and do not guarantee road conditions or safety.

7. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
